Your Opportunity at Intuit:

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Initiate relationships with multiple individuals in the customer organization
a. To insure responsiveness, you may benefit from contacting individuals of varying seniority levels within each customer organization
2. Know the competitors intimately
a. To be effective in selling in a shrinking tax software market, you would find success by knowing your competitors better than they know themselves
3. Pursue sales in an Action-Oriented manner.
To move sales toward closure, you must pursue sales in a manner that focuses prospects on action and agreement that either moves the prospect out of the sales pipeline or forward in the sales pipeline
4. Align sales presentations with customer needs. To close sales with risk-adverse prospects, you may benefit from clearly demonstrating the value and strategic fit of targeted solutions offerings in detailed, ROI-bases presentations
5. Share best practices for sales calls.
To encourage sales reps to use successful closing skills, you may benefit from identifying, sharing and adopting closing skills from other high performing sales reps

Your Talents:

Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
- 6-12 months of telesales experience
- Sales DNA. Solid background in leadership positions, sports, clubs, fraternities/sororities, etc.
- Strong work ethic (willingness to put in the work needed to ALWAYS exceed goals)
- Competitive (can?t stand to be second place)

Functional Responsibilities:
- Qualifying hand raisers as ?A, B or C? quality leads
- Making cold calls to potential customers to drive awareness and create qualified leads through message testing
- Detailed and accurate documentation in CRM
Role is Measured By:
- 60 minimum calls per day (?Dial 9? calls)
- Must maintain a 60% Lead to Opportunity conversion rate
- 19% of all leads must Close as a sale (+5 vs. TY11)
