Yes, any of those is fine.
If you were a regular human (or a mutant that didn't know it yet) you would be subject to be in a human-friendly gang.

I'm interested in this roleplay, but I have a few questions. What are the extent of mutant abilities? Also what're the numbers of the mutants? Do they outnumber normal people or are there more?

I had the exact same question but I'd also like to see if all the Tyuman's age differently then normal humans or only those that would focus on regenerative properties.

My character that is under construction is focused on fire. For reference, so I was indeed wondering the extent of our powers. I had planned on being weaker at the beginning and seeing how things went grow stronger but not insanely.

Okay so first, mutant abilities.
They can be strong, but I think you know what too strong would be. For example, say a fire manipulator may be able to manipulate and create fire but no unleashing a firestorm that destroys the city, you know? There should be major limitations such as fatigue/or absence of control. We don't want any characters that are EXTREMELY powerful. Age should also be a factor. Obviously, if you are 15 you don't have the same amount of power of someone who's 30. It comes with practice. To start weak and grow stronger would be natural yes, just yeah like you said, not insane.

The Tyuman (or mutants) would outnumber the humans. Not to a point where humans would be a rare occurrence but just because Tyuman are immune to the virus (but can still get eaten, right?). And of course, zombies out number them all.

Tyuman would age just the same as mutants unless, yeah it had something to do with their power.

Let me know if this answers everything. if you guys are really concerned about their powers being too strong, just try and give me example and I'll let you know if it sounds okay. :)
