Hidden files following Windows Recovery Virus removal

Hi,
I have encountered a problem which seems to be identical to that being discussed here: http://www.pchelpforum.com/progress-...documents.html .
My partitioned D: drive is indicating that it is "empty", and the Start menu has lost virtually all of its shortcuts. I have tried Malwarebytes, RKill, Unhide, Norton Security scans, pretty much everything that the internet has recommended to me! System restore is not functional. I lack experience at Registry editing, although the changing hidden to 1 advice failed to work. I have just scanned using ComboFix, and I include the results below.

System is Samsung S3511 Windows 7, running Norton Internet Security 2012

I'm guessing that I have left out a ton of relevant info, but I have been trying to fix this for two days (sleepless, in between work!) and am knackered!

Any help is much appreciated
