iOS 4 has an artificial restriction that prevents you from emailing more than five photos (or other images) at a time. While you're probably not emailing more than that in most cases, this is really annoying when you have to send a second email just for a sixth. Fortunately there's a workaround. It's not perfect, but it'll do.
From your Photos app, select the first five you want and copy them as normal. If you select as sixth, it won't let you copy. Go into the Mail app, create a new Mail message, and paste the five photos in. Now go back into the Photos app, copy some more photos, and paste those into the email message. Just keep doing this until you have the photos you want to send in one email. For whatever reason, iOS does not seem to have any issue doing it this way yet won't officially allow you to email that many photos at a time. It's not ideal, but it's a lot better then sending multiple emails.
