In FULL-TIME employees we are looking for the following: a college degree or extensive related experience; gymnastics experience and/or degrees in sports management, recreation, education, or related studies; strong organizationsl skills, with foresight and the ability to juggle several tasks; strong leadership and team building skills. At least two years of experience working with children and parents in related field and a background or training in gymnastics, physical education, or child development highly desirable, as is a strong ability to market and sell the program. Recent college grads are encouraged to apply.! Management opportunities are available for the right person.
PART-TIME employees are usually college students or qualified applicants seeking a ?2nd job.? Mature high school students ready to dedicate significant energy to an amazing work experience are also welcome. Various shifts are available.!.
