Subway or McDonalds which is a better franchising investment for Houston Texas?
I need to know if anyone has had experiene with either of these companies. I am interested in buying a established resturant or starting with a new building. Thank you so much
Dan answers:
I?d say McDonalds. Houston is a fast-paced city, I live in south Texas and people are always talking about how in Houston things are GO GO GO! And since it?s such a fast city McDonalds would fit right it! Subway is too slow.

James asks?
What are some benefits for investing in McDonalds Franchise, from an investor?s point of view?
I am thinking of buying a franchise, and researching McDonalds. Capital isn?t much of a problem, but what are the benefits of owning a McDonalds franchise? What is McDonald?s expansion selling strategy?
Dan answers:
McDonalds is an established business with a huge customer base. Basically as long as the place is clean and does everything all other McDonalds do, you are set and almost completely unlikely to lose money after the first year (almost everyone loses money the first year, but after that you should be set). The biggest problem is that you can?t always have the last decision in any decision making process, though of course it means you probably have to do less work as well.
